Short report from ESEC 2009 (May 13 to 15, 2009)

Despite the difficult economical recession, DIGITAL-LOGIC did get a higher number of visitors (more than 100 leads) compared to last year at the same show and with the same size (of the booth). Some of the visitors were looking for new ideas having in mind to possibly enter a new market and start a new business.

The newly developed ATOM CPUs smartCore Express (smallest in the market), the PCI/104 Express products (CPUs and peripherals), the CompactPCI 3U Geode CPU based system, designed by "CPI Technologies" and using the smartModule SM800 of DIGITAL-LOGIC (see http://www.cpi-tec.com/cpi-800/index.html / only in Japanese), get the attention of basically all the visitors.
A lot of questions and interests in our "Vehicle/Transportation" corner were discussed and shown during the 3-days most famous exhibition in Japan regarding this market.
